Group Training

Group training sessions are high intensity, high repetition workouts. There are two separate group workout sessions that we offer. The first training session focuses on shooting. The shooting sessions focus on shooting footwork and form mechanics. Our second group offering is our advanced fundamentals session. These sessions focus on high-level ball handling, finishing, and passing techniques. The advanced fundamentals sessions will also come with a high level of competition.
